The same six questions come up on almost every call. Here are the straight answers, before we ever step on site.
It depends on the slab, the prep, and the system. Most garages fall in a predictable range, and the written price comes after we see the floor.
A typical garage takes about two days on site. You can usually walk the floor within a day of the final coat and park on it a few days later. Bigger commercial floors get a written schedule up front.
Flake is the garage favorite. It hides imperfections and adds grip. Quartz is the workhorse for hangars, warehouses and wet areas. Metallic turns offices and showrooms into a statement. We bring samples so you pick on your own floor.
Adhesion, on our flake and quartz systems. If the coating peels or delaminates because of our prep or application, we repair it. Normal wear, UV fading, hot tires and concrete movement fall outside it, our share of the repair steps down over the ten years, and you get the full terms in writing before you sign.
Yes. We grind failed coatings down to bare concrete before anything new goes down. It is part of the prep, not an afterthought.
Yes. Pay-over-time options are available up to $75,000, with a quick application that takes minutes, not days.
